A highly experienced coach and former athlete, Tziovana has dedicated her life to sports and education. With a degree in Physical Education from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, a teaching diploma, and a Master’s in Educational Psychology (Neapolis, 2019), she combines academic expertise with athletic passion.

As a player, she competed in basketball with AEL Limassol, Ilisiakos Athens, and Anagennisi Germasogeias, as well as in football with Pafia FC and the Cyprus National Team.

Her coaching career spans over three decades, including roles with AEL Limassol, Anagennisi Germasogeias, APOEL academies, APOP Paphos, and the Cyprus Women’s National Football Teams. She has also worked internationally, including summer sports camps in Norway.

At APOP BC, she proudly leads the U14 Girls team, bringing unmatched experience, mentorship, and dedication to developing young athletes. Known for guiding players to success in both basketball and football, Tziovana is a true mentor whose impact goes far beyond the court.
